We meet at Polaria aquarium where our biologist will introduce you to the fjords and wildlife and discusses how climate change and pollution is affecting life in the Arctic. After we head-out to sea and look for the unique arctic wildlife, such as the majestic sea eagles, seals, and even whales if we are lucky!
In the winter, the sky of Northern Norway is filled with magical polar daylight of pink and light blue. Combined with the snow caped mountains and fjords, the mesmerizing view is a perfect backdrop for a photo shoot, especially with the opportunity of seeing the wildlife. In the summer and autumn, the cruise with colorful scenery and the wildlife is an enjoyable time away from the bustling city.
Merino wool base layers (tops and long-johns) and socks, warm boots, gloves and hats are highly recommended. Appropriate winter gear should be windproof, waterproof and hefty enough to withstand the elements and keep you warm.
